MANAGEMENT |
The Strategic Management Committee |
The Centre will be managed by a Strategic Management Committee consisting of at least 1 director of the East of England Faiths Agency, the Warden, the Deputy Warden and the Librarian who shall be responsible for all aspects of safety and security and for the allocation of specific areas of the Centre for specific purposes and ultimately for all activities taking place within the Centre. |
The Executive Management Committee |
The day to day operation of the Centre shall be managed by an Executive Management Committee consisting of the Centre Manager, the EEMFC Warden and the EEMFC Deputy Warden. |
THE USERS’ COMMITTEE |
Every user organisation will be expected to nominate an individual to serve on a Users’ Committee; the use of the areas specified for general use shall be managed by this Committee, subject to the approval of the Management Committee. |
Users will be encouraged to use the allocated space for their own activities but they will also be expected to facilitate events for the wider community. |

THE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE |
The Strategic Management Committee will establish a visionary Development Group whose task will be to propose and facilitate inter-faith and multi-faith events and courses which will be run in the Centre under the EEFA banner. |
