The event has been organised in the hope that we can: |
|
|
|
|
|
• continue to develop and maintain a sustainable network of faith communities |
|
|
• help faith communities to develop their understanding of vulnerabilities |
|
|
• recognise and understand the challenges that faith communities face |
|
|
• gain insights into how the diversity of faiths colours our perceptions of vulnerability |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
There will be opportunities to hear from local and national speakers, to participate in discussions with local representatives from the faiths and also to consider some of the implications for practice when working with and supporting vulnerable people. |
