10:00 am till 12:00 noon Welcome – – Professor Gurpreet Jagpal, Pro-Vice Chancellor. UoS Background and introduction of special guests – Cynthia Capey Introduction of and thanks to contributors Reports on trial runs (including short films) Open session – questions and discussion |

2:00 pm till 3:30 pm with recitations by existing contributors including guest poets on zoom and new contributions from pupils in local schools and creative writing students |

3:30 pm till 4:00 pm - What next? Thanks and Closure |

Refreshments will be available throughout the day from the Hold café. Participants may choose to use the cafés on the Waterfront or they may prefer to bring their own food to picnic outside. |

Follow up. Between May and September, the Staging Post game will be demonstrated round the county accompanied by an art exhibition on the themes. People will be invited to play the game and to comment and/or to add their own contributions of poetry and art. |
